Who we are.
Caring and Wellness Hospice Care is a Medicare-certified hospice agency serving Glendale and the greater Los Angeles community. Since 2019, we have walked alongside patients facing life-limiting illness, and the families who love them, providing comfort, dignity, and steady support through one of life’s most meaningful chapters. We believe that how a person is cared for at the end of life matters just as much as care at any other stage. That belief shapes everything we do.

We are, in the best sense, a new generation of hospice.
Founded in 2019.
Our story
Founded in 2019, we didn’t inherit decades of outdated routines or rigid institutional systems. Instead, we had the rare opportunity to build our agency from the ground up, around the standards, the technology, and the patient-and-family-centered philosophy that define excellent care today.
That fresh start gave us a clear advantage: the experience and structure of a fully certified provider, paired with the responsiveness, warmth, and personal attention of a team that knows every patient by name. Years later, that founding vision still guides us, and it’s why families across our community trust us in the moments that matter most.

We enter the lives of individuals facing the realities of loss, death, and grief to offer expert care and education, while respecting each person’s choices, values, and beliefs. We are a compassionate and diverse team of professionals dedicated to the holistic care of human beings, regardless of setting.
We aim to ease patients’ suffering, to keep them comfortable, and to help patients and their families feel at peace during one of the most painful times of their lives. Easing suffering is about more than pain. It also means meeting emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, for both patients and the families who love them.

Our team serves Armenian-, Spanish-, Korean-, and Hausa-speaking families as well as English-speaking families, with free language assistance for any language.

Caring and Wellness Hospice Care, Inc. is licensed by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), certified by Medicare, accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), and a member of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association (CHAPCA). Our program is led by an administrator and a hospice medical director, and every plan of care is directed by our interdisciplinary team.
